Akshat has owned and operated hotels throughout the Southeast across the Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Choice, and Wyndham brands. Through his decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Akshat has developed relationships with the key executives at each of the brands, creating a favorable position for Shri Hotels to develop and operate new assets. Akshat is a licensed real estate broker in the state of North Carolina since 2006.

Jayshri Patel brings over 20 years of experience to her role as Chief Operating Officer at Shri Hotels. Jayshri has overseen the successful management and operation of a diverse portfolio of hotels across the Southeastern United States, encompassing top brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Choice, and Wyndham. Her strategic vision and operational expertise have been instrumental in driving performance and achieving exceptional results. Jayshri's commitment to operational excellence and innovative leadership has positioned Shri Hotels as a leader in the hospitality sector.
Kashish Patel
Principal
Kashish has extensive experience working directly with Shri Hotels on hotel investments and operations. He has principally invested over $250MM of equity in real estate, representing a gross asset value of over $500MM. Previously, Kashish worked with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, investing out of both their $45B CORE and $4B opportunistic funds, where he developed institutional experience across all asset classes and geographies in the U.S. Kashish holds a B.A. in Economics from The University of Chicago.
